  • By road from Manchester and Stockport. Follow the A6 towards Buxton, after Furness Vale take the B6062 sign-posted Chinley (sharp left hand bend).
  • Pass the Britannia Mill and the first road on the right takes you to the Bugsworth basin.
  • From Buxton follow the A6 towards Manchester, follow the signs for Glossop then Chinley. Pass through Chinley village and follow the road in to Buxworth, when you have passed under the second railway bridge take the first left turn and you're here.
